Another house entry

Because Jenny asked for details on the house… I’d show you a picture, but as the houses aren’t built yet, all I have is a computer rendered graphic. The smaller house on the right is ours.

It’s undetached housing, but ours is on a row with just two houses total, so…semi-attached might be a better term? It’s got a lot of space around it as well, so it’s a good location within the neighbourhood.
It’s got three floors, including the basement.
Basement: Laundry room/bathroom, two rooms for whatever we feel like - we’re making the innermost one a guestroom/second living room, and the other one (you walk right into it coming down the stairs) an office/computer room.
First floor: Entrance, hallway, master bedroom, second bedroom, bathroom.
Second floor: One big room containing both the living room area, kitchen and dining area. Door out onto the balcony from the living room area.
Total living space is 112 m². It’s an area in development, and will have lots of green areas. It’s close enough to the city, but not too close.

Last but not least; it’s perfect for us.
