Working out is working out for me
I’m starting to get into a new gym routine: Go to the gym once a week, then do situps and knee bends at home. My butt now hurts from said knee bends. Really, it does. I can’t walk up or down stairs without wincing. It’s all good though, when I think about how it keeps me in shape (or whips me INTO shape, more like) - hopefully it will keep me healthy and reduce the need for any joint pain relief or other pain killers. Yay!
